How to Add Fliplet as a Developer to Your App Store Account

This is a guide to help you set Fliplet up as a developer in:

Apple Developer Member Center
iTunes Connect
Android Developer

At Fliplet, we want to make every step of your app’s creation and launch as easy to manage as possible. A common stumbling point often comes at the time of app submission to the public app stores (Apple, Google Play, Windows, Amazon Fire).

For this reason, it is often easier to give the Fliplet team access to your app store account so we can take care of submitting your app for you.

Setting Fliplet up as a member of your development team is easy – this guide will help you through the process and ensure we have all the permissions required to submit and maintain your app.

First, you’ll need to have an account for each app store where you want to list your app – here is a quick guide on the accounts you’ll need.

Setting Fliplet up as a member of your team

Once you have signed up and paid for a developer account, the quickest way to give us the access we need is by setting us up as new developers in your account.

By setting Fliplet up as a “Developer” rather than giving us your own login details you can easily revoke our access if required while keeping your access details safe.


Apple requires you to add Fliplet to two accounts in order for us to manage your apps – Apple Developer Member Center and iTunes Connect.

Apple Developer Member Center

  1. Sign into your Apple Developer account
  2. Click on ‘People’ then click on ‘Invitations’
  3. To invite a new team member – click on ‘Invite Person’
  4. Apple Developer1

  5. Complete the form with these details
    • First Name: App
    • Last Name: Manager
    • Email address:
  6. Apple Devloper 2

  7. Under ‘Access and Roles’, we should be an ‘Admin’
  8. Click ‘Send invitation’ – please confirm with your Customer Success Manager that Fliplet have received this invitation and accepted.

iTunes Connect

  1. Sign in to your iTunes Connect account
  2. On the iTunes Connect homepage, click ‘Users and Roles’ and click the plus sign
  3. itunesconnect
    If it doesn’t appear, you don’t have access to create iTunes Connect users. The team agent, or an admin user, needs to create the new user or update your roles to allow you to create new users

  4. Enter these details into the form and click ‘Next’
    • First Name: App
    • Last Name: Manager
    • Email address:

  6. Select ‘App Manager’ as the user role

  1. Sign in to your Google Play Developer Console.
  2. Click ‘Settings’.
  3. On the left-hand menu, click ‘User accounts & rights’.

  5. Near the top of the screen, click ‘Invite New User’.
  6. Type the email address and click ‘Next’
  7. Once this is set up you will need to allow the following permissions for the account:

    • Create & edit draft apps
    • Edit store listing
    • Pricing & distribution
    • Manage Production APKs
    • Manage Alpha & Beta APK.
  8. Click ‘Send Invitation’ – please confirm with your Customer Success Manager that Fliplet have received and accepted this invitation.
