Frequently Asked Questions
We’re here to help with any questions you have about plans, pricing, and supported features.
How much will I pay if I go over the 100 public users of the Public app plan?
The Public plan offers different tiers that renew each billing month. This means that you will only pay for what your app uses.
Here are the different tiers of the Public plan:
- From 0 to 100 users: $9.90
- From 101 to 300 users: $20.00
- From 301 to 500 users: $40.00
- From 501 to 1000 users: $90.00
- From 1001 to 5000: $490.00
Do you have an app plan for private apps?
We are currently working on improving our app plans. If you need a solution for a private app, please get in touch with our support and we will help you.
What is the difference between a public and a private app?
Public apps provide an open user registration and login or do not have user accounts. Private apps should not have a registration option and only provide a login, meaning that the app creator controls the user list using Fliplet's Data Sources.
How are public and private app users calculated?
A public app user is any device that accesses your app. A private app user is any user that logs in to your app, independently of how many devices they use to do it.
How much flexibility and functionality does Fliplet offer?
Fliplet is both a no-code and low-code app builder. No-code means that anyone without technical expertise can still build powerful apps through simple drag and drop options. Low-code means that this can be extended yet further for those with technical expertise. This opens up the possibility of customizing and changing absolutely anything you would like.
Can I change the look and feel of each template?
Absolutely! We offer a range of very extensive appearance settings. These can be applied to individual features, or globally across the entire app.
What mobile devices do apps created with Fliplet work on?
Apps built in Fliplet Studio now run on:
- Apple iOS (8 and above)
- Google Android (4.1 and above)
- Web Browser – Edge, Google Chrome, Apple Safari and other popular web browsers
When I publish is it an actual native app?
Yes! One of the biggest benefits of using Fliplet is that you can publish native mobile apps to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You can also publish web apps which work on any device, but native apps give your users the best experience.
